Julie Triphahn, Neighbor

I was raised in Cook county but over time have found myself moving farther west each decade.  I am happy to call Yorkville my hometown for the past 6 1/2 years.  I have met some extraordinary people here and my children are enjoying growing up here.

In my free time I like to read, spend time with friends and take my kids on adventures.   I also love to explore the wonderful forest preserves we have here in Kendall County, sometimes with my dog.

I love God, my country, my family, laughter and good coffee.  I am super proud of my son who has enlisted in the Marines and will go off to basic in San Diego this summer.

I look forward to interacting with fellow Yorkville residents here on The Patch.
