Truly Frightening Halloween Rogues Gallery

These are some pretty scary characters.

Happy Halloween — to all of you, from all of us, right here at the Shorewood Patch Rogues Gallery.

We don't know about you, but as for us, we love Halloween. It is a terrific holiday. In fact, the only real down side to Halloween is they don't give you the day off — not even from school when you're a kid. So that's a drag.

But otherwise, Halloween is pretty amazing. There are parades, parties, and even if you have nowhere else to go and just happen to drop into a bar, you know you're in for a good show with a costume contest.

Because of Halloween, all of October turns out to be a fun month. There are pumpkin farms and corn mazes and haunted houses all over the place.

Now, we love a good haunted house as much as the next guy, but some of these places are off the chain. Where do they get off charging 30 bucks a throw just to watch a bunch of kids dressed up like monsters and acting scary?

Well, we here at the Shorewood Patch Rogues Gallery have a better idea. It's called the Will County Adult Detention Facility. It's a very scary place. And if you get arrested by the , there's a pretty good chance you're going there.

And if you do go there, get ready to be frightened! Just like if you went to a haunted house that costs $30 to get into. Only at the jail, it doesn't cost anything!

The only problem is it's probably going to cost you some money to bond out, and then you're likely going to have to pay for a lawyer to keep you out. But forget about all that. It's Halloween! And the jail is scary! And the scary people aren't even kids getting paid to act like monsters. They're just, well, scary.

You don't understand what we're getting at? Then just take a look for yourself at this very special Halloween Rogues Gallery. Enjoy!
