Meet Lydia, a sweet kitty looking for a forever home.

The in Shorewood rescued Lydia and her kittens from a kill facility.

All of her kittens have been adopted so now it's her turn.

Lydia is a very unique looking cat. Her fur is mostly silver and gray with a few tabby stripes. The humane society staff thinks she is around 3 years old.

Lydia likes to run around and play with all the other kittens.

Please stop by the humane society — Will County's first no-kill animal shelter — to meet this beautiful, young green-eyed cat.

The Will County Humane Society is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. The shelter's address is 24109 W. Seil Road, Shorewood.

Lydia's adoption fee includes the cost of spaying, routine shots, and microchip.
