Siamese Snatched Up: New Cat of the Week
We've got an early entry for Cat of the Week to replace one that went home.
On Sunday, we at the Shorewood Patch gave you a in our Cat of the Week feature.
Well, one of the three, Izzy, is already gone, having been snatched up by an altruistic cat-lover.
And the word on the streets of Shorewood is that someone is on the verge of claiming the other two — Sapphire and Sir Henry. So if you have an interest in either one of the remaining Siamese cats, you better high-tail it down to the Will County Humane Society. Or else take a look at this replacement Cat of the Week.

That would be Cookie, a sweet torti with beautiful shamrock-green eyes.
Cookie is very friendly and likes other pets, lap-sitting, and belly rubs.

This furry lassie has been at the Shorewood shelter for a long time and is about 8 years young now. She would make some lucky family a nice pet.
Stop by the Will County Humane Society on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The 24109 W. Seil Road is open those days from noon to 5 p.m.
If you can't make it out, visit petfinder.org.
Adoption fee includes spay/neauter, routine shots, and microchip.
